Omnivia Apps ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Stillness mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Stillness does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The App is designed to work entirely offline and does not require an account, registration, or internet connection.

Data Stored on Your Device Only

The App stores the following data locally on your device using standard Android storage (SharedPreferences):

• App preferences — your selected settings, such as sleep timer preferences and display options.
• Favourite tracks — up to 4 meditation track IDs that you mark as favourites.
• Progress data — your meditation streak count, total minutes practised, and session history.
• Onboarding status — whether you have completed the initial onboarding flow.

This data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to any server, third party, or external service.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• No personal information (name, email, phone number)
• No location data
• No device identifiers or advertising IDs
• No usage analytics or tracking
• No crash reports
• No cookies or web tracking
• No health data
• No audio recordings
• No camera or microphone access

Third-Party Services

Stillness does not integrate any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or social media SDKs.

Children's Privacy

Stillness does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is suitable for all ages and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the UK Age Appropriate Design Code.

Data Retention

Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no data retention policy applicable to server-side storage. Local data stored on your device persists until you uninstall the App or clear its data through your device settings.

Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018, you have rights regarding your personal data. Since Stillness does not collect any personal data, these rights are automatically satisfied:

• Right to access — no personal data is held.
• Right to erasure — uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
• Right to portability — no personal data is collected or stored externally.
• Right to object — no data processing occurs.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or on our website. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
